Truth is that internet marketing doesn’t work if you don’t know what you’re doing. As a network marketer I’m constantly talking about building your business online. This means being able to generate leads through various internet marketing strategies. This is great – it works, I’ve generated leads, and sponsored people into my business using these strategies.

All of that is fine and dandy except that on occasion I come across some people who say they can do it on their own and do not need my help. When I got started marketing online I needed help as I no clue whatsoever as to what I was doing. I needed training, guidance, and assistance to help me succeed. If you’re thinking you do not need some system, training, or help YOU WILL FAIL. If you have never generated a lead online you have no idea what you need to do if you want to succeed in internet marketing or network marketing.

I have people tell me that they can easily generate leads on Facebook or YouTube for free. That’s entirely possible, but they have no idea what they’re doing. That person is going to start spamming people while going on and on about how great their product is. You’re not going to generate any leads yet alone enroll anyone into your organization. People do business with people they know, like, and trust. They will join you because of you, not because of how great your product or service is.

If you try to go it alone, you’re going to fail as you try different things until you figure what works and what doesn’t. Most people give up after failure and never figure out what does work. Give yourself a break and learn from other successful people. Invest in yourself and your business.
