IDA Marketing Services: Can You Succeed With IDA?

IDA Marketing Services, Inc. is a fairly new network marketing company that launched in September 2008, offering what they call a Collision Deductible Reverse Plan (CDRP) as well an opportunity to sell this product and recruit others to do the same.  IDA Marketing was founded by leaders in Fortune 500 companies as well as individuals who are very knowledgeable about the network marketing industry.  IDA hopes to be able to bring about some long term success with having leaders from these two different types of business structures onto one team.

The basic premise of the CDRP product is to allow you to increase your deductible to $1,000 with your automobile insurance carrier to save money while contributing funds towards your CDRP account which will cover your deductible should you have an accident.   If you have an accident then you may take the money in your account to cover the deductible.  If you have not placed $1,000 yet into your CDRP account then IDA will “loan” you that difference interest free.

Getting to the opportunity, I’m still rather confused on how someone can earn a commission.  Seeing that when you have an accident you will be able to get all of that you have deposited into the account out of it, I do not see how you are actually selling a product to earn a commission.  Now do not get me wrong, I am not trying to bash IDA Marketing in any way, I am just asking a legitimate question especially for someone that is considering joining this company.

Keep in mind that IDA Marketing Services is still very new and that most new companies will fail.  Only a small percentage of companies succeed after the first several years, if they even make it that far.  Those failure rate stats are not only for traditional business but do include MLM companies as well and IDA Marketing is no exception.  So remember that IDA is still trying to get off the ground and gather a large sales force as they are trying to become a huge force in the network marketing industry.

Having said all of that it is possible to have success in IDA Marketing.  So if you are involved with IDA Marketing Services or considering getting involved you must know what it will take to succeed.  You can succeed as long as the company can stay around and achieve its long term success.  Even though IDA might survive that does not necessarily mean that you will succeed either.   Your success is dependent solely on you and the efforts that you place into building a large team.  You must remain laser focused and have a system in place that allows you to effortlessly recruit new sales reps and allows those new reps to reproduce your own efforts.
