		<description>Hi, Randy,

I appreciate your naming your top 10 tips. Often, the tips are everywhere and can be confusing. I would like to stress on the point about &#039;patience&#039;.

While patience can be a virtue, it can also hinder our success. For example, if we have not already had a success mindset, we will only be repeating mistakes after mistakes without realizing that the mistakes came from the negative &#039;internal dialogue&#039;. Likewise, if there is no Success Blueprint in place, new team members may face a lot of unknown factors....and not knowing how to deal with them. With patience, they will only stay in the non-productive mode longer.

To sum up, patience is great only if there is a Success Mindset in place AND a clear simple duplicatable system. Otherwise, patience could mean spinning the wheels.... and getting no where near our goals.

		<description>Randy,

Great tips here. Success boils down to having a plan, a mentor, a system, and the discipline to get started and do something every single day. I really enjoyed your post. Thanks for sharing this great information.
